• Production of single elements and small series of up to approximately 30 pieces
• Machining of elements in accordance with technical drawings and production documentation
• Making corrections and modifications to CNC programs
• Independent setting of machines in accordance with production orders
• Monitoring and controlling the machining process
• Performing dimensional and quality control using typical measuring tools
• Independent work in single and small-scale production

Requirements

• Experience in setting up and retooling CNC machines
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Ability to make corrections and modifications to CNC programs
• Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
• Ability to perform measurements and quality control
• Experience in working on Reiden or Grob machines is welcome
